Peptides

Hi, I'm Kristina - the founder of Iron Mother and a Colorado mom of two. I built this program for women like you - the ones working hard, showing up, and still not seeing the results they deserve.

 

I spent years stuck in the cycle of under-eating, overtraining, and starting over. Pregnancy, hormones, injuries - I struggled. When I finally learned how to fuel my body, lift with intention, and stay consistent, everything changed.

 

Now I help busy women do the same - with a clear plan, real support, and results that actually last.

 

My approach combines structured strength training, personalized nutrition, and sustainable habits—so you can lose body fat, build muscle, and stay consistent without sacrificing your life.
